Where we got your email address
We only contact businesses using details they have published: on their website, public listing or social page. We note where each address came from, and we don't buy lists.
Our emails
Our first emails come from leo@hereaboutdigital.com. It is the same person and business as leo@hereabout.com.au. We write by email or a message on your business page, LinkedIn or WeChat, and never phone. If you don't reply, we follow up once and then stop for good.
How to stop hearing from us
Reply “unsubscribe” or “no thanks”, or email leo@hereabout.com.au. We stop straight away and add you to a do-not-contact list. We keep only a short record of the opt-out, so we never write to you again.
Private preview links
A homepage we design for you is hosted at a private link that search engines are asked not to index. The link counts how many times it is opened and when. It doesn't record your IP address or name (our host may keep standard server logs for security). We use the count to decide whether a follow-up is worth sending, and as combined totals to measure our outreach. If you say no, or don't reply, we take the design down.
This website
No accounts, contact form, advertising trackers or analytics. If you email us, we receive your message and address and use them to reply. Our host may keep standard server logs. Fonts are served from this site, not a third party.
Your details, your choice
Ask us what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, at the address above. We keep the minimum needed to never contact you again. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
